On February 21, 2025, Mingxi County held a signing ceremony for the construction project of pharmaceutical raw materials and intermediates such as olaparib. Shen Qiang, Chairman of Yinfu Pharmaceutical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Chen Qinglin, Chairman of our company, Zhang Wenjing, Hu Kaiqian, Liao Tingjian, Tong Liang, county leaders, etc., attended the signing ceremony, and Wang Xiaojun, deputy general manager of Yinfu Pharmaceutical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and Chen Haisong, general manager of our company, signed the contract as representatives of both parties.

The signed construction project of olaparib and other pharmaceutical raw materials and intermediates, with a total construction area of about 12,000 square meters, the project adopts green enzymatic technology to produce more than 10 kinds of APIs and pharmaceutical intermediates such as olaparib and coenzyme I in stages, which is an innovative practice for our company to explore the "equity investment" model. After the completion of the project, it will further expand and extend our biomedical industry and strongly promote the high-quality development of our biomedical industry.
